Ensuring that administrative tasks in the sector are carried out in a smooth and efficient manner.
Providing inquiries and clarifications, if any, on behalf of the sector’s executive director, and ensuring coordination with concerned parties working in this sector to provide the necessary clarifications.
Work as directed by the Sector Executive Director and review letters and correspondence.
Preparing outgoing e-mail messages and directing them to specialists for distribution, printing letters and preparing envelopes, in addition to ensuring that correspondence is directed to the correct addresses and delivered in coordination with specialists.
Receiving and welcoming the visitors of the Executive Director of the sector and ensuring that all requirements and hospitality of the visitors are met.
Carrying out any tasks assigned by the Executive Director.
Manage phone calls
Managing the office and preparing the schedule of the center’s executive director
Organizing the office and documents of the Center’s Executive Director
Be polite when speaking with callers and taking their messages
Speed in coordinating the travel schedule of the Center’s Executive Director
Comments from visitors to the Center’s Executive Director on hospitality methods
Accuracy in printing and recording meeting minutes
Requirements
4-6 years of minimum experience in a similar functional field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Carrying out any tasks assigned by the Executive Director.
Knowledge of administrative matters
Relations and communication management
Skills in using correspondence programs used in the department
