Black & Grey HR is hiring for a US based retail store in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an Accountant cum Inventory Executive to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets as well as reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis.
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
Requirements
- Work experience as an Accountant & managing inventory.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication in English, both verbal & written.
