Role Overview: We are looking for for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. Account Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
