Our client, an innovative SaaS Fintech startup, a white-label mobile investment app that streamlines the process of issuing company shares/debt, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive - SaaS, Fintech - Remote. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients. You will play a critical role in the sales team by working closely with the Founder/CEO and other team members to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth. This is a remote position and requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently.

Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals
KPIs: Schedule 5 meetings per month; Sign 1 new contract per month
Generate new leads and qualify inbound opportunities through cold calling, emails, and virtual meetings
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Educate prospects about the benefits of the products and services
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Collaborate with the team to understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities
Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, pipeline, and client information
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to improve sales skills and knowledge
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
Requirements
2+ years of proven success in a full sales cycle role in Fintech SaaS is required
Full sales cycle and cold calling experience is required
Experience closing $200K ARR deals with ICP companies in APAC and EMEA is strongly preferred; LATAM is a plus
Startup experience is required
Knowledge of the Fintech industry, financial markets, and investments is required
Established connections and a book of business are an advantage
Proficiency in using CRM (HubSpot), sales tools, and LinkedIn for networking and lead generation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently

Be comfortable working remotely and across different time zones
Benefits
OTE (on-target earnings): USD $8,000-$9,000 per month (USD $96,000 - $108,000 per year)
Base compensation: USD $2,500-$3,000 per month (USD $30,000 - $36,000) + 5% commission
