Prepare and submit work permit applications to the Saudi Arabian government agencies, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
Stay up-to-date with Saudi labor laws and immigration regulations to ensure all work permits are obtained and renewed in compliance with local laws.
Thoroughly review and verify all supporting documents, such as employment contracts, passports, and visas, to ensure they meet Saudi government requirements.

Maintain organized records of all work permits, renewals, and related documentation to ensure easy access and compliance with audit requirements.
Monitor the status of work permit applications, follow up with relevant authorities, and track expiry dates to ensure timely renewals.
Prepare and submit reports to management regarding the status of work permits, potential issues, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance to employees and management on work permit processes, eligibility criteria, and any changes in immigration regulations.
Address any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or challenges that may arise during the work permit application process, collaborating with relevant parties to find effective solutions.
