Job Description
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. · Minimum 10-12 years in developing and optimizing website application for e-commerce and marketing sites. · Should have been involved in 3-4 complex project implementations. · Hands on experience on React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery-based applications. · Expertise in modern frontend technologies, performance optimization, SEO, and scalability. · Requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development skills, and the ability to mentor a team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. · Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices. · Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations. · Strong knowledge of eCommerce functionalities. · Good to have Retail and Automotive domain experience. · Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools. · Proven experience in leading a team of developers and managing e-commerce projects from concept to completion. · Knowledge of Headless architecture. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing web application. · Other skills o Good analytical and communication skills o Knowledge in problem/change management process o Should be a team player and work across various Teams o Should have proven documentation skills o Ability to provide coaching & knowledge transfer to team members, including ensuring that resources have proper understanding of the System landscape and technologies
