Job Description

Job Title: VP Sales (Household Plastics)

Age: 40+ years

Experience: 15-20 years' of experience in plastic produces, sourcing & selling in GULF and

Africa sectors.

Nationality: Open

Office Location: Ajman

Remuneration: open - Based caliber and potential.

• Candidate should have expertise in selling household products (e.g., kitchen, washroom

plastics products, suitcases, coolers and iceboxes, etc.)

• Good knowledge about vendors and well-known importing and export process

• Sales experience in GULF and Africa sectors is essential.

• Experience in development and implementation of the company strategic plan by studying

technological and financial opportunities,

• Accountable for P&L and subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results

measurement; allocating resources, reviewing progress; making mid-term corrections.

• Sound knowledge procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services.

• Establishing personal networks; benchmarking state of the art practices; participating in

professional societies.

• Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives of the

company.

• Manage and develop relationships with all key or targeted suppliers to ensure a constant

supply of raw materials for continued production.

• Oversee key hiring and talent management programs for the company.

• Build critical stakeholder holder engagements aimed at boosting business growth.
