Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Villa Manager for a private household based in Dubai. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a strong background in management, offering the chance to oversee the operations of a luxury residence while ensuring the highest levels of service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the villa, ensuring smooth and efficient management Manage and supervise household staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring Organise and manage the villa’s administrative duties, including schedules and staff rosters Handle budgets and expenses related to the household and villa operations Ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standards, including supervising maintenance and housekeeping Manage supplies and inventories, ensuring stock levels are maintained appropriately Coordinate and organise events, both private and formal, within the villa Liaise with service providers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring that all services meet the required standards Provide a high level of personal and professional service to the household and its guests Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, preferably in a private household or luxury hospitality setting Strong leadership and staff management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a bonus Comfortable with the live-in aspect of the position Ability to work independently and take initiative High standards of professionalism and attention to detail This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Villa Manager to join a prestigious household in Dubai.
