Job Description

This role involves performing vehicle body painting tasks following manufacturer repair procedures to ensure high-quality results. The technician is expected to use tools and manuals properly, maintain productivity, and improve skills through training. Responsibilities also include providing feedback on additional repair needs, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform repairs in line with Manufacturer’s repair procedures to ensure high-quality outcomes
Avoid unnecessary time wastage to enhance productivity
Proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and manuals
Attend training and self-study sessions to improve skills and product knowledge
Report additional repair needs to supervisor for customer/insurance approval
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
