Job Description

Your Mission:

As a C2B Used Car Buyer, you will facilitate and close the transaction of used cars from individual sellers visiting the mall to Kavak inventory.

Your primary focus will be on sourcing, assessing, and purchasing used cars, being at the forefront of our customer-centric approach and ensuring a positive experience for our sellers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Operate the Mall Kiosk as a point of contact for individuals looking to sell their used cars.

Source high-quality used cars from individuals visiting the mall.

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of vehicles brought in for sale.

Negotiate prices with sellers to ensure fair transactions.

Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for purchasing used cars.

Provide excellent customer service to individuals selling their cars.

Collaborate with other Departments to meet purchase targets and gross profit goals.

Keep up-to-date with market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements

University/Diploma/College Graduate or Equivalent.

2-3 years of experience in Used Car Buying or Sales.

Proficiency in Arabic and English

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Ability to work independently and handle transactions from start to finish.

Knowledge of the local automotive market and pricing trends.

Genuine passion for cars and customer service.

Benefits

Fixed salary - AED 6,250.00 plus monthly incentives up to AED 5000, based on meeting set KPI's

Family visa is not provided

Working schedule - 6 days a week with 1 day off during the weekday.

Shift will be changed between AM and PM shift till 10 PM
