Build strong rapport with clients and guide them through every step of their travel journey while meeting defined sales objectives.
Offer reliable, efficient, and prompt advice on flight options, routings, fares, itineraries, and travel requirements.
Confidently work in a GDS (Sabre preferred), low-cost carrier portals, B2B Airline Consolidators, or Airline NDC Portals to issue and re-issue tickets based on changing travel plans.
Keep abreast of global travel restrictions and requirements to ensure compliance and smooth client experiences.
Engage with clients in a professional, courteous manner, tailoring solutions to meet their preferences and budget. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism, Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
Familiarity with at least one GDS system (Sabre preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; superior interpersonal and social skills.
Capable of handling multiple bookings simultaneously without compromising accuracy.
Prior work in a travel agency (minimum of 2 years preferred), especially in sales and operations for international airline ticketing.
A solid understanding of passport, visa, and health requirements for international travel. Benefits
