A PBO Company working on multiple government projects in Saudi Arabia, it is currently seeking a Training Specialist, who will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of their employees. He/she will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver engaging and effective training sessions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of driving employee performance through training initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: · Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and develop targeted training programs. · Design and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules. · Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels. · Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators. · Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development. · Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. · Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and development. Qualifications & Requirements: · Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Education, Human Resources, Business, etc.). · Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role. · Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. · Excellent presentation and communication skills. · Proficient in using various training methods and techniques. · Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. · Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
