Our client is a multinational engineering heavy machinery manufacturing company based in Jebel Ali free zone. They are currently recruiting an native Arabic speaking engineering graduate having 3-5 years of UAE experience to execute the below job responsibilities. Travel will be required in this role.
Job Responsibilities
Design and deliver sales product and sales soft skills training programs, online and in person for our dealer’s sales teams.
Monitor training programs and administer exercise and evaluation to qualify/certify sales operation and its people.
Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session.
Maintain and update training records and monitor and track training effectiveness.
Ready to travel to deliver the training for the Middle East and African regions
Analyze the training results and capture training needs.
Support sales activity and respond to inquiries.
Requirements
Proficient in English and Arabic language with good communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales training instructor or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of the training and sales process and best practices.
Hands on experience in managing the full training cycle.
Team player, good time-management skills, market research.
Knowledge of machinery products.
Any additional relevant certification and training is preferred.
Computer Skills : Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point), MS Teams.
