The trainer will also be responsible for creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Certified trainer or gifted public speaker
Conducted at least 10 training courses
Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Workspace
Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels and ages
Organised and able to create multiple timelines and schedules
