Job Description

BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Trainee Process Operator to manage the automatic whole chicken bagging machine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meat and poultry production, with hands-on experience in equipment operation and a strong commitment to food safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the automatic whole chicken bagging machine and support complex production line tasks.

- Understand and follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

- Read and interpret technical manuals for complex equipment.

- Perform routine machine checks and preventive maintenance tasks.

- Assemble equipment and prepare materials before production begins.

- Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters as needed.

- Participate in troubleshooting and assist with minor maintenance tasks.

- Report any safety, food safety, or quality concerns immediately.

- Support the production schedule and assist the supervisor in achieving targets.

- Fill out control charts for performance tracking and productivity systems.

- Manage material ordering and usage.

- Prevent product loss and minimize waste generation.

- Reduce scrap and rework through process optimization.

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.

- Minimum 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companies

- Diploma or High School qualification.

- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
