Job Description

Our client, a sports and leisure center is looking to hire a sportive PADEL COACH for their operations in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will develop, conduct, and monitor coaching programs within the club. You will ensure team members develop and maintain healthy relationships with customers.

Develop suitable training programs for students based on their age, objectives, and individual skill sets.
Develop innovative ways to assist beginners in learning and remembering the rules of the game.
Identify the learning styles that work best for Adults/children and adapt coaching methods accordingly.
Ensure a high level of Student satisfaction.
Manage coaching schedules.
