Our client, a well known institution, is urgently looking for a Temporary HR Assistant who will work in Dubai for 3 months with a possibility of becoming a permanent employee. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
Check and review the documents for new/renewal of labor contract and visa in accordance to the Ministries requirements.
check docments on MOI, MOHRE “TAS-HEEL” and Emirates ID Systems including quota, Job Offer letter, work permit, labor contract and cancellation.
Coordinates with PROs and updates the MOI, MOHRE “TAS-HEEL” and Emirates ID
Systems tracker on a daily basis
Maintains an electronic log and database of processed visas, passports, Emirates IDs
Prepares letters or other requested correspondence documents
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Fluency in English is a must
willing to work for this temporary assignment for 3 months with his/her own visa
will not have any expected vacation leave and can complete the assignment until end of December 2022
knowledgeable about HR system/ HR process and onboarding/off boarding of employees
strong organizational and time management skills
good using Microsoft office application
