Data Entry:Enter data accurately and efficiently from various sources, including Procim, Xero, Zoho, and other relevant systems, into the Odoo ERP.
Cross-Functional Support:Collaborate with different departments to understand their specific data entry needs and provide support accordingly.
Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve data entry issues, discrepancies, or errors in a timely manner to maintain data integrity.
Data Validation:Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information transferred to Odoo ERP.
Documentation:Maintain detailed records of data entry activities, issues, and resolutions.
Training:Learn and assist team members in understanding the Odoo ERP data entry process and provide basic training as needed.
Communication:Communicate effectively with team members, department heads, and project managers to provide updates on data entry progress and address any concerns.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry or related roles is preferred.
Familiarity with Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Additional Information:
This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on project needs.
