Accurately targeting client’s industry wise and recording details of potential clients’ key decision makers
Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities through sending proposals or offers
Coordinate with client for setting up meetings with internal staff along with sending and following up proposal and quotes.
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company in order to generate business
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Must be able to make 50 to 70 calls per day.
Requirements
Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a telesales executive.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications along with CRM applications
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
