Identify and qualify leads based on key criteria to move them into the sales funnel. Follow up consistently with interested prospects through calls, emails, or WhatsApp. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis. Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers during initial and follow-up calls. Handle objections or concerns effectively using persuasive communication and product knowledge. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-first approach in all interactions. Keep prospects informed about offers, promotions, or additional product benefits. Ensure a seamless handover of closed leads to onboarding teams. Accurately document all lead interactions, outcomes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system. Maintain a well-organized lead pipeline with updated statuses and notes. Generate daily/weekly sales reports for internal tracking and management review. Identify patterns from call responses to support improvement in campaign strategies. Participate in regular training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Attend team meetings, feedback sessions, and knowledge-sharing calls.
