Our esteemed client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager – Joinery & Interior Design who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of joinery and interior design projects. This role involves leading a team, ensuring design accuracy, coordinating with various stakeholders, and upholding quality standards. Other responsibilities are - Lead and manage a team of joinery and interior design professionals. - Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout project life cycles. - Review and ensure the correctness and completeness of joinery and Interior Design designs. - Collaborate with designers to develop innovative and functional solutions. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align technical requirements. - Oversee the integration of joinery and Interior Design elements into overall project plans. - Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align technical requirements. - Oversee the integration of joinery and Interior Design elements into overall project plans. - Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for joinery and Interior Design aspects. - Monitor project expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Collaborate with procurement teams to select appropriate materials and finishes. - Evaluate and propose cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality. - Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. - Generate progress reports and updates for stakeholders. - Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements. - Present technical aspects and solutions to clients effectively. - Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. - Proven experience in joinery and interior design, with a strong technical background. - Project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling. - Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools. - Knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and regulations. - Strong communication and leadership abilities.Requirements
