Our client is hiring for the position of Team Leader- Onboarding, a part of their HR Team. Within this role, you will be required to provide a dedicated, efficient and seamless onboarding service for all external/internal joiners while ensuring stakeholders are appropriately engaged and all joining formalities are conducted in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities to include:
Ensures constant engagement with candidates throughout the pre-joining process as well as a seamless transition into their new roles
Develops policies and procedures aimed at improving the onboarding experience
Designs forms with a goal of standardizing all information gathering to ensure accurate data gathering
Identifies any significant gaps or quality issues in any areas of the onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes, making recommendations for improvements
Acts as the escalation point for Onboarding challenges arising, working cross-functionally to ensure solutions are found and improvements implemented
Escalates any unresolved issues to leadership where required and follows through to its conclusion
Responsible and accountable for the performance of the Onboarding Operations team reporting to you, ensuring the highest quality standards, and that targets are met
Works in coordination with internal teams to ensure that all contracts are correctly drafted and all information is passed to payroll in a timely fashion
Coordinates with all internal stakeholders (IT, ESC, Payroll, etc.) to set up all necessary joining formalities
Reviews all joining documentation and follows up on any missing information before archival
Ensures that onboarding processes remain appropriate and up to date in line with procedures and the company’s regulatory requirements
Oversees all governance across all areas of onboarding services including process management, operational execution, incident management, continual service improvement, and customer satisfaction (candidate and internal stakeholders)
Gathers, analyses, and prepares regular and ad-hoc reports on Onboarding /recruitment activities as required
Requirements
Education:
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
Experience:
6 years (with Bachelors Degree)
9 years (without Bachelors Degree)
Skills:
Experience in developing/designing/managing a Best-in-class onboarding process
2 years’ experience leading the onboarding function in a multinational organization
