Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a top-tier Transmission & Distribution company in Saudi Arabia. Were searching for an experienced T&D Cluster Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and ensure project excellence within the region.

Role Essentials:

- Oversee regional project timelines and budgets, reporting directly to the Country Manager.

- Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects.

- Engage with stakeholders to drive business strategies aimed at cost control and profit growth.

- Liaise seamlessly with local and international authorities, clients, and suppliers for new and ongoing projects.

Key Duties:

- Direct oversight of project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

- Address and resolve escalated project issues while providing strategic guidance.

- Engage with stakeholders for business development and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and negotiate issues concerning local laws, taxes, and banking.

Requirements

- 22 to 24+ years of specialized experience in Transmission & Distribution.

- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.

- Willingness to travel between 30%-50%.

- Excellent team leadership and a strong sense of accountability.
