Job Description

Our client, a large manufacturing company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for hiring new staff and retaining staff who are already employed with the company. Other responsibilities would include but not limited to:

 

  • Participating in the interviewing process and making the final hiring decision
  • Assisting with internal hiring efforts, which includes assessing existing employees within the organization for senior roles
  • Organizing and attending career fairs to source suitable candidates
  • Developing effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning
  • Sourcing, recruiting, and developing social engagement or talent pools
  • Managing recruitment processes, including initial assessments and interviews
  • Providing candidates with information on salary, corporate benefits, and work environment
  • Providing recruitment guidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiring data
  • Developing competitive or specialized intelligence concerning talent development or employee retention
  • Using job boards, social media, and the internet to source qualified candidates for open positions
  • Using recruitment and applicant tracking software to evaluate candidates from selection through to on-boarding

Requirements

To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:


  • A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field.
  • 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar experience in an HR role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of human resources laws.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of various interviewing methods.
