Job Description

ICT-IT technicians install, maintain, repair, and operate information systems and any ICT related equipment such as (Network switch, Server, storage, firewall and configuration for NVR, VMS, VLAN, IP telephony, wireless system such as router and access point and Video guard), and any type of software (drivers, operating systems, applications, security, firewall, ).

Should be relevant to the job being described and will include such things as number of locations for which the position is responsible: Dubai & North emirate.

Program and perform installation of ICT systems at project site to ensure on time delivery.
Execute all works as per instructions and specifications to ensure 100% compliance with the design and project requirements.
Inspect and analyze installed equipment to guarantee the highest quality of the product.
Trouble shoots hardware & software to make the system active.
Perform & plan installation activities to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness of work.
Maintain proper installation reports for quality control purpose, Guide labors to complete a specific job at site.
Always provide customer focus service to ensure their satisfaction in quality of service. Perform all work in compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system to maintain zero value of accidents.
Engaging and coordinating the daily activities and sharing all the information with the Project Engineer.
Reporting any issues which could affect the assets or project plan to the project Engineer.
To Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering / science in the field of Telecommunication /Electrical /Networking / Computer.
4 to 7 years of experience comprehensively as Technician Engineer in ICT and IT systems.
Valid UAE driving license is advantage.
Computer knowledge and Experience in AutoCAD, Visio, and Microsoft Office software.
Strong passion for science and technology which is related to ICT & ELV solutions.
Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written.
Certified from HP, Aruba, Cisco, or Huawei is advantage.
Computer knowledge and Experience in configuration of VLAN, VMS, Video guard.
Aware about local authority regulations such TDRA, Cybersecurity, SIRA, MCC, Sharjah police regulations, GRA.
