Job Description

Looking to hire experienced professionals to join the newly formed Center of Excellence (CoE). We’re looking for problem solvers, people who are passionate about developing new insights and ground-breaking recommendations across a wide range of sectors

and fields. As a Manager, Center of Excellence, you will Work alongside other colleagues and stakeholders on challenging projects, increasing your understanding of complex economic & business problems and experiencing a steep learning curve, both professionally and personally.

Play a key role on projects, managing studies to define the needs and supervising research activities to obtain relevant data. Oversee the formulation of hypotheses for research and investigation, build the required analyses, develop actionable recommendations, and supervise work end to end.

Be an active player and effective contributor to the establishment of CoE structure and during its day-to-day operations (e.g.: project pipeline, quality control, knowledge management, etc.)

Lead multidisciplinary teams (in house and external vendors) on short- and long-term projects to deliver value to stakeholders

Coach junior colleagues and support them in their growth and development journey.

Lead projects in a highly effective manner with the ability to orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to meet goals

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, autonomous, able to tolerate ambiguity, self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit

Strong work ethic & service-mentality

Acting as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members and junior colleagues

Arabic and English language proficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Master’s Degree is a plus.

Good years at a top tier consulting firm working in the space of economic development and/or other strategy management topics

Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking.

Strong management and communication skills.

Able to engage with senior stakeholders - owning conversations, demonstrating expert presence and credibility
