Job Description

Mission & Summary:

      The main objective of the role is to sign strategic partnerships that will bring in additional revenues to Kaizen from new and existing contracts and service providers. Which also include barter (may include, non-direct or partial revenue generating) partnerships that contribute to the overall performance and positioning of KAIZEN. The post holder will be instrumental in ensuring that Kaizen meets its strategic goal, to provide a range of products and services that its tenants and customers want resulting in generating additional revenue and higher customer happiness rate directly contributing to an increasing retention rate in KAIZEN communities.

Responsibilities: 

Service Delivery and Development:
 ● Develop partnerships with a wide range of partners, organizations, and potential clients to create innovative and strategic partnerships, for increasing Kaizen’s revenues from new and existing contracts and service providers.
● Measure the benefits and impact of value added services on both KAIZEN and its customers, and report on outcomes.
● Negotiate contract terms and finalize deals with partners that benefit the company.
● Define target markets/verticals, lead generation processes and pipelines, and document interactions and follow-ups using internal tools.
● Securing and conducting virtual or on-site sales meetings with service providers and potential partners.
● Run the full sales life-cycle for your prospective deals
● Manage daily collaborative efforts with internal teams to achieve revenue objectives
● Build, manage and maintain strategic partnerships ensuring appropriate joint working arrangements are in place and effectively managed.
● Work with the internal teams to ensure that partnership goals are synchronized with the company’s objectives and key results.
● Developing and managing campaigns in coordination with strategic partners targeting KAIZEN Customers to boost transactions/sales.

Networking:
● Create a strong network of partners, nurturing them and keeping them active to enhance revenue generation, and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Demonstrate curiosity about our customers, identifying their pain points to present the companys solutions and value added services.
● Manage a high volume of daily meetings from prospects to clients.



Requirements

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
● Experience desired in Dubai with a good understanding of the Real estate Industry.
● Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Partnerships Manager or Business Development Manager in a customer-facing environment.
● Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate, conclude and manage service agreements
● Technical competencies in Microsoft Office 365- Outlook and CRM systems.
