1. Maintain accurate inventory records using systems. 2. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of shipments. 3. Inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. 4. Maintain detailed records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns. 5. Ensure efficient storage of goods, optimizing space and maintaining an organized layout. 6. Ensure proper labeling and storage conditions for different types of products. 7. Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance. 8. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy by Batch/Expiry. 9. Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance. 10. Use data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. 11. Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations. 12. Supervise and train store keeping staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. · Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Warehouse, Business Administration, or a related field. · At least 5 years of experience in store keeping, inventory management, warehouse operations within the FMCG industry. · WMS knowledge. · Language: English & Asian Language skills · Proficiency in Computer with Good Knowledge of MS Office; analytical thinking or strategic thinkingRequirements
