Main Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily operations of the store and managing inventory Receiving and inspecting incoming stock, ensuring proper documentation and quality control Organizing and storing products in the correct location Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries Ensuring stock is readily available for use and managing stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking Monitoring expiry dates and product conditions to ensure quality standards are met Preparing reports on inventory, stock movements, and any discrepancies Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the storage area Managing stock returns and assisting in inventory audits Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a store keeper or in a similar role Skills Required: Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to keep accurate records and handle administrative tasks Knowledge of inventory management software and tools Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in stock Excellent communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other teams Ability to lift heavy items and manage physical tasks Knowledge of safety regulations and storage practices
