S/He should have strong understanding for B2B sales, possess excellentcommunication skills and preferably experience in perfume industry.Key Accountabilities (Includes, but not limited to the following):• Leadership, Strategic Planning & Business Development | Develop and formulate strategies to increasedirect business channels and methodology • Data Generation and Lead Generation Initiatives |Participation in the industry relevant exhibitions witha viewpoint of generation leads to support direct sales team • Performance Management | Strategically introducing performance booster programs for direct salesforce with a target of increasing business• Strategic thinker with excellent team building skills and consensus building skills oriented to drive bothemployee success and organizational success• Incite target markets for our product for the first time and increasing consistently the brand preference,loyalty, and advocacy • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential leads• Conduct presentation and manage meetings with internal and external stakeholders• Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and requirements of each client• Ensuring to build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients for customer satisfaction andlong-term relationship• Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professionalmanner• Preparing and sharing regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management• Meeting/exceeding the monthly and quarterly assigned sales targets• Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments• Identifying opportunities for product improvements/development basis regular feedback from ourclients• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute sales strategies effectively• Sharing insights and best practices with team members to enhance overall department performance• Regularly staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques throughtraining sessions and self-study2 KPI’s, Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies (Indicate the minimum recruitment specifications &also the ideal person specifications for fully satisfactory job performance)Skillsets• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving andexceeding assigned sales targets• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, bothverbal and written• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive tosucceed• Proven track record as a Head/Senior sales/businessdevelopment manager or similar role, preferably inthe perfume or perfume packaging industry• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
