Sells equipment to all sectors whether they are private companies, Government Department, or individuals.
Maintains an excellent technical knowledge about the companys products.
Finds new prospects through media or by cold calls and try to turn them into clients.
Stays in constant touch with the Line Manager for guidance, reviews outstanding quotations, updates on the market and advises improvement of system in order to comply with the quality policy.
Gathers information about competitors ‘products, catalogs, prices, advantages, and disadvantages awareness.
Acts as a link between client and Service Dept. in order to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Follows up on the collection of outstanding payment.In case of any default, reports the case to the Department Head.
Convinces the customer post sales to take service/maintenance contract.
Submits weekly and monthly, customer visit, inquiry logs and weekly planner and quotation status report to the Line Manager.
Attends weekly sales meeting.
To sell Construction Equipment (Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, Wheel Loaders), Light Compaction Equipment Access Platforms, Air Compressors, Diesel Generators and Diesel Forklifts in Dubai & Northern Region. Maintain a fair market share and keep improving it.
Requirements
B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Industrial and Construction Equipment sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking, articulate personality, and ability to work under pressure.
