Position: Sr. Relationship Manager (Private Banking) Experience: 10-12 Years Location: Dubai, UAE Duties & Responsibilities Candidates should have 6-8 years work experience in a similar capacity and experience with a DIFC bank or EAM (external asset manager) is preferable. Sr. RMs to have a transferrable client investment book of over USD 100 Million As a Relationship Manager (Private Banking), duties and responsibilities will be as follows, noting that these will be elaborated upon in the employment contract. Acquisition of new professional client relationships within the private banking sector as defined by the DFSA Selling a range of private banking products to existing and potential clients Achieving revenue targets as defined by the organization Achieving high levels of service standards and maximize client satisfaction Compliance with DFSA and anti-money laundering regulations To continue building investment knowledge and be conversant with the full range of private banking advisory services and to act as an effective trusted advisor in the delivery of these services· Initiate, develop and retain client relationships while contributing actively to the business development and financial goals of the unit. Is jointly involved in client solicitation, presentation, closings, account management and development Ensures that client compliance, investment suitability, risk profiling and KYC requirements are met on an ongoing basis· Remains informed about market trends, customer preferences, and new products.
