One of our clients, a leading Real Estate brokerage firm is looking to hire for the position of Sr. Sales Manager with experience in the Secondary Market in the UAE.
Job Purpose:
Ideally, you will be required to lead a team, train and help the team achive their monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for devleoping own strategy and designing business plan to achieve profitability
Creating online and offline marketing strategies to generate leads
Manage the sales process, sales planning, marketing, client engagement, training, coaching and business development
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Plan and direct sales team traning
Monitor budgets
Supervise on team leads, viewings and meetings
Continually look to identify further business opportunities
Requirements
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading Secondary sales teams in Dubai
Thorough understanding of the Dubai Real Estate market
Must have a strong client network
Must be a strong leader with the ability to build your own successful team
