Job Title: Senior Logistics Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 11,000 - 12,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and suppliers to manage shipment schedules and costs.

• Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and distribution to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.

• Coordinate customs clearance, documentation, and regulatory compliance for imports and exports.

• Work closely with internal departments, including procurement, sales, and finance, to streamline logistics processes.

• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and proactively address any supply chain disruptions.

• Analyze logistics data and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency.

• Negotiate contracts with vendors and logistics service providers to secure competitive pricing and service levels.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in logistics operations.
