Job Description

Sports Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning, and leading the operations of various sporting facilities including fitness rooms, recreation centers, training centers, etc.

The SFM must have a working knowledge of the sports industry, so he can be well informed when engaging with clients and facilities team and able to understand the goals and priorities of a facility’s users in line with the goals and objectives of the company

The ideal candidate should be a dynamic and active individual who cultivates a vibrant community in each sports facility while properly utilizing the resources.

The job holder should focus on systemizing the work to ensure the utmost optimization of resources while achieving the highest productivity and efficiency levels
