Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. They are looking to hire a Sponsorship Sales Manager to manage sales, sponsorships and partnerships for our client.
- Find, pitch, sell and secure sponsorship opportunities
- Develop, refine and maintain a pipeline of Fortune 500 client relationships
- Research prospects and industries
- Develop prospect list with Managing Director of Sponsorship Sales
- Generate and arrange meetings with brands though networking, cold calling and other methods of canvassing
- Develop detailed sponsorship decks with activation ideas and concepts for brands
- Lead internal teams in preparation for meetings
- Pitch sponsorship and marketing partnerships
- Manage accounts through activation
- Collaborate with internal departments to discover opportunities and advise how to maximize relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of related experience in the Middle East is required
- Strong relationships with stakeholders in Travel Industry, sponsors & strategic Partners, Hospitality Industry, Corporates, and Education sector
- Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in current affairs with a good understanding of domestic and international business and markets
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
