Job Description

Our client, a well-established firm within the Aerospace sector, is expanding their team and looking to hire a Legal Affairs Specialist with expertise in drafting Commercial and Finance related agreements.

Within this role, you will be required to:

Develop legal policies and internal positions to enable business decisions and further operations
Provide advice to enable decision-making on complex business and critical matters
Draft and recommend materials for internal legal training seminars
Draft a range of commercial and finance related agreements
Draft complaints and responses for litigation matters
Provide required support, advice and guidance on liabilities, legal restrictions and risks of proposed transactions
Consider and evaluate required changes to standard form agreements and legal processes
Support the negotiation of medium to high value agreements and independent negotiation of specialist agreements
Identify potential liabilities and legal risks of proposed transactions and devise creative and practical legal solutions to meet the companys commercial needs
Draft, review and amend a variety of agreements, including in particular specialist agreements
