Job Description

• The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of the testing efforts for the beta release of dev.damacproperties.com.

• The QA team will focus on verifying the functionality, usability, and performance of the website to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Testing Objectives

• Validate the core functionality of the website, including navigation, search, product listing and details pages, e-commerce journey.

• Test the responsiveness and compatibility of the website across different browsers and devices.

• Identify and report any bugs, glitches, or inconsistencies in the user interface or functionality.

• Evaluate the performance of the website under various loads and stress conditions.

• Validate any integrations with external systems or services including Salesforce CRM and Google Analytics

Feature Details Feature Description PLP enhancements for multi language support and lazy load Unit Listing for available units in multiple countries, currencies and languages containing Unit Image, Starting Price, Community/Project Name, Unit Type, Bathrooms, Parking, Size, Brochure, Floor Plan and 3D Tour. Pagination with lazy load. Search and filters enhancement across all pages Enhanced Search with better usability with a smart text box and ability match inputs with any criteria like city, community, unit type. Enhanced Filters with multiple options like price, bathrooms, projects, unit type, maid room. Changes in the Landing Page/Applied filter page will redirect to the All Project of damac properties.com/Golden Visa/Deals/Golden Visa Tag/Golden Visa Filter/Project Status filter/Default Short/Custom Tags/Custom Tag Filter. Shareable URLs PDP enhancements to include unit specifications, digital assets and plans Unit Details with images, videos, description, map location, amenties, FAQs. Payment and Installment Plans for every unit Account creation with login credentials for DL App Account creation with login credentials for DL App. Provision for existing customers to skip this step.

Test Deliverables

• Test plan outlining the testing approach, scope, and schedule.

• Test cases and test scripts covering the identified test scenarios.

• Test execution reports documenting the results of the tests.

• Defect reports for any identified issues, including detailed steps to reproduce and severity level.

• Performance test reports with response time measurements and load handling capabilities.

• Summary report highlighting the overall quality of the beta release. EOI payment for available units Ability to pay an EOI for an available unit using payment gateway. If unit becomes unavailable during the journey, option to browse more units. Visitor should not be asked to re register if this happens. Technical Design & implementation for Core eCommerce digital solution Creating the templates for backend to frontend layer, cron jobs, mock API designs, Folder architecture, branching strategy, boilerplate creation to setup the basic skeleteon for the UI Marketing Channels Attribution Maintaining the marketing attributes from source to completion of journey to enable accurate tracking and performance of marketing channels Whatsapp Inquiries Ability to initiate a whatsapp chat with an agent with customized message depending on the source of inquiry such as Home Page/Project Page/Unit Page Secure UI UI should be secure and protected against from BOT attacks

• Test environment setup: Replica of the production environment with the latest beta release.

• Figma Design: Will be provided

Exit Criteria

• All identified test scenarios have been executed and reported.

• All critical defects have been fixed and retested.

• The website meets the predefined quality standards and acceptance criteria.

• Test deliverables have been reviewed and approved.
