About the Role

Our client, a leading Telecom giant in Saudi Arabia, is actively seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead their Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing function within mission-critical telecom programs. This senior-level role is key to ensuring end-to-end quality governance across digital platforms, applications, and infrastructure layers.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the test strategy, planning, and execution across telecom platforms.
Manage a team of QA engineers and test leads to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define test scope, environment, and schedules.
Oversee functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing phases.
Establish test metrics, defect tracking, and continuous improvement frameworks.
Ensure alignment with regulatory standards, SLAs, and customer expectations.
Work closely with delivery and development managers to embed quality in every stage.
Champion automation frameworks and drive test modernization initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements

Strong background in software quality assurance and testing within telecom or large enterprise environments.
Experience managing QA teams and vendors in large-scale IT/telecom programs.
Hands-on expertise in test lifecycle management, test tools, and automation.
Solid understanding of telecom networks, BSS/OSS systems, and digital channels.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
ISTQB certification or equivalent preferred.
Transferable Iqama
