Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or academic challenges. Collaborate with teachers, school leadership, and parents to support students’ social and emotional development. Develop and implement intervention strategies and support plans. Facilitate communication between the school, families, and external agencies when needed. Conduct assessments and maintain accurate case records. Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment. Lead workshops and information sessions for students and parents on topics such as mental health, bullying prevention, and conflict resolution. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Holding a UAE Social Worker license or eligibility for licensing. English proficiency at a minimum B2 or C1 level. Strong understanding of child and adolescent development. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in the UAE educational sector.
