Distributes the manpower based on the site engineer instruction
Control and monitor the materials and tools received from the project store
Coordinates with other activities in the project.
Control and monitor project execution team for the right productivity
Plans the requirements of material and communicate to the Site Engineer.
Ensures the quality of workmanship
Ensures the control for less material waste and the skilled/semi-skilled time waste
Ensures the follow up of all HSE rules and measures
Control & monitor the work progress at site as per project time frame.
Handles the Testing & Commissioning of the project systems.
