We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee the execution of our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, managing project teams, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:
   
• Coordinate and manage on-site activities to ensure they align with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  
2. Team Leadership:
   
• Lead and motivate on-site teams, including field engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  
• Foster a safety-conscious and positive work environment.
  
3. Quality Assurance:
   
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
  
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor the quality of work.
  
4. Schedule Management:
   
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
  
• Coordinate with project management to address any schedule-related issues.
  
5. Budget Oversight:
   
• Monitor and control project budgets for on-site activities, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure financial objectives are met.
  
6. Health and Safety Compliance:
   
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  
7. Client Communication:
   
• Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site client representatives.
  
• Provide regular updates on project progress, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  
8. Issue Resolution:
   
• Identify and address on-site issues promptly, working with the project team to implement effective solutions.
  
• Escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in site management within the EPC industry.
  
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  
• Knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
  
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
