The Elevators Service Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting service contracts—including maintenance, repairs, and modernization—for elevators and escalators. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell service contracts for elevators and escalators, including annual maintenance, repairs, and modernization.
Follow up on AMC renewals, convert free service contracts, recover lost units, and acquire new third-party equipment.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the elevator service market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver service sales presentations and proposals, including technical details.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
Prepare, negotiate, and submit service sales contracts in alignment with company policies.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, sales activities, and contracts in the CRM system.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to service business profitability.
Ensure compliance with company values, processes, and safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
3–5 years of sales experience in the elevator and escalator service industry
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client satisfaction
Strong technical understanding of elevator and escalator systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
