JOB PURPOSE: • Minimum of 5-6 years previous work experience in similar or administration role and 1-2 years previous work experience in the oil and gas sector • Demonstrate proven experience in coordinating & monitoring administration process, organizing own work effectively and setting priorities in order to meet competing deadlines • Previous experience in the offshore projects including knowledge of terminology used • Excellent skills in all Microsoft Office packages (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in customer service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ensures that information is shared with relevant stakeholders • Customer centric attitude • Adaptable, flexible, and positive attitude towards change • Good team player with the ability to also work on own initiative • Dedicated to promoting a positive image of the company • Highly organized and able to manage competing demands • Ability to work with less supervision and track multiple processes ( • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to liaise with all management level members and external suppliers.
