Job Description


The ME Senior Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the global sales team seeking out and securing new business and commercial opportunities. Initiating, driving and securing new business relationships is the primary focus of this position. Require the ability to aggressively reach into multiple industries seeking out potential business opportunities. Responsible for discovering and initiating new partnerships and clients that are specifically revenue generating. Work closely with clients, prospects, right holders, and suppliers collaboratively and independently.


Working to grow the company’s business by:
Developing a strong local business presence across specific sectors.
Generating sales leads by maintaining and growing relationships with key leads & clients.
Target, build and maintain strong senior-level relationships.
Leadership across sales in region and the development of future sales team.
Be a key player in driving new concept ideation & design processes to maintain leadership position in the industry.
Be viewed as the agency who thinks outside the norm & show strategic differentiation in solutions.
Actively participate in the delivery of the company’s credentials to win new business.
Identify revenue generating opportunities with a focus to cover the broader group.



Requirements

The skills and experience you need:

 Substantial experience in a similar position with a proven record of success in an international partnership development environment, targeting a range of large companies across all sectors.
 Proven results in initiating and driving new business relationships.
 Prior agency and business development experience including past success in commercial sales.
 Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated empathy and commitment to success, along with a proven ability to manage expectations.

Client interaction – significant client interaction and proven ability to maintain confidentiality of contractual and financial information.
Experience - directly or indirectly with the Middle East Market.
