Job Description

Our client is one of the reputed UAE local business operations in the FMCG verticals. They nurture the UAE market in beverage products & and their distribution. Our client is looking to hire a Senior /Regional Sales Manager to increase their market share and manage the overall product availability in the market.

Your duties /responsibilities will include

Maintaining and increasing sales of the companys products
Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base ie (New business development)
Developing sales strategies and setting targets monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targetsPlanning, evaluating and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
Responsible for overseeing the sales operation, increasing market share, revenue, and sales volume in assigned areas.
Setting sales targets for each Supervisor/Asst. Regional Manager
Allocating areas to Sales Supervisors & Asst. Regional Manager
Successfully addressed customer complaints and resolve problems

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the below criteria:

1. Min 5 years in a managerial position working with FMCG beverage operations is a must.

2. Should be goal-oriented, result-driven and number growth-oriented.

3. Should be thorough with PoS systems, Microsoft OfficeDesirable: Advanced Excel, PowerpointSkills

4. Should manage the market for B2B & B2C customers.

5. Bachelors or masters degree in business management is a must

6. Must have regional geographic reach in the market approach.

7. Multi-language skill is an added advantage
