The role is focused on achieving sales targets through proactive client engagement, project follow-up, and the generation of new business opportunities. The position entails managing relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants, conducting marketing activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for reporting and equipment selection support.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets as set by the management.
Follow up on projects and enquiries to meet sales goals.
Target and generate new business from prospective clients, contractors, and developers.
Manage relationships with existing clients, main contractors, and consultants.
Attend sales meetings, present proposals, and negotiate deals effectively.
Conduct marketing activities as directed by the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with the Service Department to address customer warranty complaints.
Submit monthly and quarterly sales and other relevant reports.
Perform manual and computer-based selection of equipment.
Follow up on payments as per agreed plans with customers.
Requirements
Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sales role within a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasiveness skills
Strong learning aptitude, leadership qualities, and teamwork orientation
Fluency in English; spoken Arabic is an advantage
Understanding of business and management principles and practices
