Our client operates within the Trading and Financial Services industry on an international scale. It is specialized in Brokerage, CFD trading, Forex, Commodities, and Equities. It is authorized and regulated by various authorities throughout the world. They are looking for Senior Sales Associate to join their team in Dubai. The main objective of this role is to handle the business development of retail and professional clients within the MENA region.
Responsibilities:
Handle the Business Development of retail and professional clients within the MENA Region for products covering FX pairs, Indices, Commodities and Equities.
Develop existing clients’ relationship and work on acquiring and retaining new portfolio of clients while focusing on lead generation and conversion.
Maximize existing revenue stream and generate volume.
Work closely with management in preparing appropriate plans for investment and expansion, setting goals and generating an effective client on-boarding strategy.
Act as the hiring Manager for building out the scope to expand the sales team.
Set up the budget for the Sales and Marketing expenditure.
Assist the Marketing team in the planning and preparation of campaigns and events.
Share insights with the product team about all updated territorial market trends and requirements.
Conduct a SWOT analysis about the viability of investments to be shared with the Executive Management.
Determine the financial indicators that include liquidity, profitability, financial leverage, and market.
Analyze and monitor all available data related to financial and economic trends
Estimate market values of ongoing investment and recommend appropriate action.
Compare investment prior plans and expectation with achieved investment results for the purpose of assessing financial conditions.
Gather data related to investment opportunities and information required for accomplishing accurate opportunity analysis and evaluation including technical analysis and ignorance.
Communicate investment opportunities with third parties and presenting them to the Investment Committee and Boards of Directors.
Provide technical support to investee companies within the limits of their specialization such as company evaluation
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of FX and CFD Brokerage Sales Experience.
In-depth product knowledge and Market experience in Forex, index, commodity futures and cash equity.
Familiarity with MetaTrader 4 and 5 and PXM aggregator.
Full knowledge of the evaluation method used (DCF, Comparable, Multiple (Net profit/EBIDA).
Relevant understanding of FCA and FSA regulations.
Advanced leadership skills to be able to lead by example.
Experienced in the UAE Market and familiar with the GCC Market.
