Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading turnkey interior fitout company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of their projects. You will be responsible for- - Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 10+ Years of Experience in high end turn key fitout or Retail and hospitality. - Team management and managing large number of projects parallelly (small to medium scale) to ensure smooth execution, timely completion, quality deliverables and client satisfaction. - Excellent portfolio of previous works. - Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately forecast project requirements. - Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable - Organizing weekly review meetings of the in-house project team and sorting out all collaboration issues. - Maintaining the quality of all the documents with the required level of detailing at each stage. - Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. - IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, Working knowledge of Autocad
- Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc. over the duration of the project. Taking remedial measures for contingencies.
- Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site, Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site.
- Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.
- Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors.
- Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.
- Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labour schedule.
- Quality control of work done at site.
- Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Handing over the project to the client with all requirements fulfilled as per as-built drawings.
- Guiding and managing a team of engineers and architects to check the drawings, designs, engineering calculations, contractor bills.
- Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progressRequirements
