Job Description

On behalf of our client, a leading architectural firm in the Middle East is looking to hire a Senior Project Architect to join their dynamic team. You will be in charge of leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects

Develop and present design concepts

Provide technical expertise and guidance on construction methods, materials, and systems

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is in accordance with the approved designs and specifications

Effectively manage project finances, schedules, and resources

Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and documents with the relevant team

Stay abreast with the latest architectural and design trends, technologies, and best practices

Foster and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture

A minimum of 12-14 years experience as Project Architect or in a similar role is required

Must have working experience on Residential and Hospitality projects

Proven team management experience is preferred

Experience with Revit is required, and knowledge of Rhino or Grasshopper is a plus

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Successful candidates will be based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.
